Our Mission

At Stinson Strength & Vitality, PLLC, also known as S&V Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, everything we do comes back to one core truth:

“Be Active. Live Your Purpose.”

Because you were created with intention — and your health should support the life God designed for you to live.

We believe every person was created with intention and gifted a God-designed purpose. Physical limitations, injuries, chronic pain, and mobility challenges can get in the way — but they don’t have to end the story.

As a direct-pay, specialty clinic, we work for our clients, not for insurance companies. That freedom allows us to offer one-on-one, evidence-based, faith-aligned care focused on restoring function, building confidence, and helping each individual return to the life they were uniquely created to live.

We are a ministry first and a professional practice always. Our team specializes in complex cases, long-term challenges, and situations where others have said, “there’s nothing more you can do.” While we can’t change everything, we can nearly always find a strategy, technique, or path that brings you closer to the life you want — and the purpose you’re here to fulfill.

✤ You will never be rushed here.

✤ You will never be treated like a diagnosis.

✤ You will always be met with compassion, clarity, and hope.

Whether it’s walking without pain, lifting your grandchild, returning to sport, managing chronic conditions, or simply feeling capable in your own body again — our goal is the same:

To keep you active so you can live your purpose.

Founder/CEO

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist

Dr. Megan is the visionary and heart behind S&V Physical Therapy & Wellness Center. With nearly twenty years of clinical experience spanning hospitals, home health, outpatient therapy, and wellness care, she has devoted her life to helping people reclaim strength, hope, and purpose through movement.

She founded S&V with a clear conviction: when people are supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually, they can fully step into the purpose God designed for them.

As a direct-pay clinician, she provides the freedom and time needed to address complex cases, from neurological conditions and chronic pain to spinal issues, joint dysfunction, and hypermobility. She is known for her ability to simplify hard diagnoses, offer clarity where confusion once lived, and give hope where others have given up.

Her leadership blends faith and clinical excellence with humility and unwavering advocacy for each client’s well-being. Her message is consistent:

“You were created on purpose for a purpose. We will do everything we can to help you stay active so you can live it out.”

Chyrl Miracle

Occupational Therapist

OTR

With more than 30 years of experience serving everyone from young children to senior adults, Chyrl brings an extraordinary depth of wisdom and a calm, reassuring presence to our team. Her career has touched nearly every corner of occupational therapy, giving her an exceptional ability to understand the full picture of a person’s functional needs and daily challenges.

Chyrl has a strong clinical focus in hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation, helping clients regain strength, coordination, and the fine motor skills needed for everyday tasks. She is passionate about restoring independence through Activities of Daily Living, whether that means buttoning a shirt, preparing a meal, or safely navigating the home environment.

One of her greatest gifts is supporting older adults who want to remain in their own homes. She excels in creating age-in-place strategies that increase safety, conserve energy, and reduce the need for facility-based care — allowing clients to remain active and independent in the place they love most.

Her work also extends to children, where she assists with school readiness skills, functional development, and the foundational abilities needed for learning and growth. For individuals facing cognitive or memory changes, she offers thoughtful, patient-centered interventions that support function, confidence, and quality of life.

Chyrl is known for her gentle confidence, her creativity in problem-solving, and her ability to make clients feel truly seen and supported. She finds practical, meaningful ways to help each person stay active and capable in the rhythms of daily life — empowering them to live out their unique purpose with dignity and hope.

Brooke Grahl

Physical Therapist Assistant

PTA

Brooke is a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant at Stinson Strength & Vitality, bringing both skill and heartfelt compassion to every client she serves. She graduated from her professional Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2011 and has since gained broad experience across multiple outpatient physical therapy settings, inpatient acute care, and working with individuals ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Brooke is also LSVT BIG–certified, allowing her to provide specialized care for clients with neurological conditions.

Brooke chose to become a Physical Therapist Assistant because she genuinely loves helping people and serving well. That calling is deeply aligned with the S&V model of care, where she values the ability to spend meaningful one-on-one time with each client. She often shares that this approach allows her to give clients not only excellent care—but a better, more present version of herself.

What Brooke treasures most about working at Stinson Strength & Vitality is the opportunity to support healing that goes beyond the physical. She loves that clients can walk through the doors and experience care that addresses the body, mind, and spirit—healing from the inside out. Brooke is grateful to work in an environment where she can speak openly about her faith and acknowledge God’s hand in her life, offering encouragement and hope alongside skilled clinical care.

Outside the clinic, Brooke is a devoted wife to her husband, Tyler, and a proud mom to their two beautiful daughters. Her love for family, faith, and service flows naturally into the way she cares for every client—making her a trusted and deeply valued member of the S&V team.
